Why do you take photographs?

Why do people take pictures in general?
Creating art? Capturing beauty?

Documenting life moments?

Do the people around you feel bored, annoyed by your obsessive passion for taking pictures?

Just being curious!
Thank you.

Pictures represent everything, sometimes no need explanation depending how the viewers interpret them.

Sometime people asked me why I always snapping anything, I told them I'm a teacher and most of the time I use pictures in my lessons.

Happy Mid-week!

I just like taking pictures. And with todays cameras it is so inexpensive to take as many as I want. It also as made me more observant of my surroundings looking for something interesting, at least to me, to take a picture of.

Of course they are bored and annoyed with me trying to take photo all the time:)
Why? Good question Dani - I used to (or rather tried!)paint and have always looked at the world around as at the pictures to preserve - now I simplu use camera since it's quicker.
Happy evening to you:)

I like to catch moments, light, smiles, events..and sometimes only for the pleasure to enjoy beauty a little longer .Picturing is like writing a diary for me.
And yes, a lot of people are bored because I always take pictures. But it's because they're jealous! :)
