The healthiest response to life is joy, so let's have a joyful day. Today. Now.
Beautiful shadow shots and memories.I find that red arch very interesting.
Two lovely vistas that look so tranquil with all the dappled shadows
The outdoor path is opened by the round portal. The shade nicely covers the way out down this beautiful path...
What fun! I spent two weeks in China and I have a lot of photos too. Take a look at my travel blog if you're interested. I love that first picture. I remember lots of gardens with those kind of arches and such. Really nice architecture.
I love the red arch. It's super to have photos to look back on.
Your viewpoints are pure and interesting (*'-'*)♪
What fantastic shadow shots, Dani! I love the red arch, too! My youngest daughter just returned from a trip to China, she really enjoyed it. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!Sylvia
very striking red arch.
Wonderful shadow shots..lovely!!
Are you fluent in mandarin?Great shots!
I love Chinese garden design. They have a way of framing a vista as though seen through a keyhole which makes the garden appear so much larger.Must revisit my China photos as well.
Great shots, I love the red arch
These are great! I just love that first one! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your photos from China! It's a country I've never visited but sure hope to one day :)
It has always been a dream of mine to visit China and see the wonderful ancient art...lucky girl!!!
Oh I love the first photo! That round entrance is so enchanting!

Beautiful shadow shot Dani. Happy Sunday!Shadow shot Sunday
I love both of these. The round gate is a perfect frame for a stately, elegant walk, and the view from the hall (walk?)makes me want to fly out the window!
How lucky for you to have lived there! These shots are indeed perfect!
