My Red World

Daytime.

On my escape from the everyday city life.

Eating a lot of plums. I'm not a big fan of plums, but somehow I did like them then.

A Ruby joy....Mmmm...sunny and yummy...

And juicy....

Floating plums... :)

Then sky watching. I really like these 3D sunset clouds...

Night time.

Starting the campfire.

Having "greana rakija" was a special treat. "Greana" means warmed, and "rakija" is traditional grape (or plum) brandy.

Some roasted potatoes.

Ruby fire for goodnight.

This is my participation for My World Tuesday and Ruby Tuesday. Have a look. You'll find gorgeous photos.

Have a great week ahead.

Plums remind me of my grandparents when I was a little girl...so I am a big fan of plums.

The plums are beautiful, either as fruit or as a tasty brandy next to the ruby embers of the fire. Artistic the fruit and flowers are, and you captured them very well!

Thank you for this great escape into the past...years, maybe even a decade or more since last eaten plums from a tree and a fire, can't even remember when...and the "joy" of Slivowitz, which might be a bit different to yours, sigh...please have a great Tuesday.
